Grief Recovery support group offers a safe, non-judgmental environment for grievers to take effective and lasting action, no matter the type of loss experienced. It’s an action-based group that involves reading and writing assignments. It’s not a drop in group. Our Grief Support Groups provide a safe environment for you to look at your old beliefs about dealing with loss, which losses have affected your life, and take actions that will lead you to complete unresolved emotions that may still be causing you pain
Each group meets for (8) 2-hour sessions once a week.
These groups are lead by Kelli who is an Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist® certified by Grief Recovery Institute™.
In the comfort of your own quiet space using a zoom call, you will work individually with Kelli. Using the Grief Recovery Method® action-oriented program to learn about grief. And provide you with new tools that will allow you to move beyond the pain of those losses. While some people prefer to work in a group setting, with other grievers, many find it easier to work with a Trained Specialist one-on-one. This will allow you privacy in discussing your emotional pain with a trained professional, who has used the same tools they are offering you to deal with the heartbreak that has impacted their life.
You will meet individually with Kelli for 7 sessions each lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
